Users in certain location cannot see Documents

I've got users in several Domains in different locations who have access to various Documents. There are 2 users in the same location who can open AccessPoint but see no Documents despite me setting Authorization in QMC. I've got different users that are in the same Domain but a different location who can see the Documents.

I'm a bit confused as to why and how to resolve this. Any ideas?

I'm suggesting to exclude access point as a possible issue give them direct access to the document.
via their browser something like:

http://<servername/ip>/QvAjaxzfc/Opendoc.htm?document=<qvwdocument> through their browser.  See what authentication they get asked for to open the document.

obviously test it works for you first.

Hi Andy. The problem has gone away, these users are able to access as normal. I think it must have been an issue with Active Directory that's gone away now. I cannot think what else it could have been.

DNS Refresh possibily but something none Qlik related.  Glad to here your issue is fixed. If you have a problem like it again look at the method I described above.  Also If you have not already done so maybe look to use IIS rather than the Qlik Webserver as you can play with authentication levels and generally do more with it.

That's what I concluded.

btw In this environment we use QlikView webserver. But in our Production environment we do use IIS, however I have been looking at moving away from that to fix another issue we're experiencing:

it seems like we can't win! lol

I get the same feeling sometimes with some of the issues I have.  Good luck.
