Distribute only tasks with Section Access

I am distributing a document to multiple clients but I am using separate load and distribution tasks.

It appears that this is causing conflicts in section access.

When publisher opens the doucment does data reduction happen? it seems like all my omitted columns are being reduced by the service account before distribution therefore nobody ever sees them weather they have rights to them or not.

Do I need to reload every time I distribute when I have section access data reduction configured?

Make sure that the service account is defined as ADMIN and has no reduction values(s) nor columns to omit defined in secton access. The service account will open a document just like you open it in QV Desktop as Administrator. Special conditions will apply to conserve every row of data and every column of values.
