Doesn't work either - takes me to a page to download QV Personal edition

And when you log in to Qlik Community, in the same browser go to QlikView Governance Dashboard site.  Are you given the option (green button) to "Visit Partner Site" or are you presented with "Log in to View"?  If asked to Log in, log in and then click on the "Visit Partner Site".  What do you see?

I'd followed that path - logged in, transferred to Partner site but always end up here:

If you are unable to access, I think you might need to contact support. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to access the download page.
