I am not able to clear my selections on AccessPoint but on Desktop Client it works. Field is not locked down and no triggers are set. I am baffled. Has anyone experienced this? No settings are blocking the users from clearing any selections yet they are not able to.
Hi I reopen this thread, I'm trying to "Set Clear State" in my accesspoint, but when I "right click" on clear, it shows me properties as expected but it also Clear all field (like a left click). So now is all selections gone when I try to "set Clear State". Any settings, bug or just for desktop versions?? 11.20 SR5 is my version
Are you using Ajax client? If you Right-Click any where in the document, you should see the "Set Clear State" option. Do you?
