Password Protect : Qlik(QVF)

Hi All,

As a part of company policy , we can't allow user of Qliksense to download data(through Export data option).

How can i put a password so as to avoid data security breach ?

Hi Anurag Gupta,

This behaviour is not controlled in the actual QVF file, but rather using a server deployment of Qlik Sense.

You then control this behavior using Security Rules in Qlik Management Console.

As an example, to disable the export option, you can disable the security rule ExportDataApp in QMC -> Security Rules
