There is a Daily Limit of getting points based on commenting or answering to any questions... Once you cross the limit (i.e. had replied or commented on more than limit) you will only get points based on other point system.. such as Helpful Answers, Correct Answers, Someone like your reply etc..
There is nothing wrong with community point system for daily you can reply for the post or thread that is questions you can earn points for that max 20 reply. But for Correct and helpful there is no limit.
