Partial reload is a reload where you can only reload any single table that you want to reload or you can load only that table.Assume you have data model and on that model you need to load data of any single table then use Partial Reload for this at the beginning of the load statement put Replace command.
Ex:-
Replace
Load * From Location;
And then from file menu click on partial reload (Ctrl _ Shift + R)
