Sort in hierarchical dimension

Hi,

I have some trouble with sorting. I created a hierarchical dimension in an app (product family / product name).

When I use this dimension in an object, sorting works fine on the top dimension but the lower dimension seems sorted randomly. Changes on the sorting options (like reversing sort order) don't change anything.

Do you know if it's a bug, a yet unimplemented feature or something I can solve?

Hi,

Here is a simple example with city, country and a value.

I created a dimension with Country and City. I can't sort cities alphabetically by their name when I drill down.

I found a workaround Sort on a drill down dimension - qlik sense
