DSC Service Down

Hi Friends,

I am facing the issue is DSC service is going to down , when i was searching users in Users Tab i am getting users when i click on users name it is going to down.

Please find the attachement errorr message.

Can any one help me.

Did the DSC go down as expected?

yes , it goes down

Apparently, yhe DSC service disappears without a trace. At least, no further informaiton is present in the log.

Check the Event Viewer on the QlikView server. Are there any error messages about the Directory Service Connector in there? See the Application log.

By 'Event Viewer' I mean the Windows administrative tool. See Start->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer or Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer.

Windows may log some information about the sudden demise of the DSC.

Based on the error message, you'll need to increase the maximum message size.

1) Stop the QlikView Management Console service

2) Open C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management ServiceQVManagementService.exe.config ( as administrator)

3) Modify the MaxReceivedMessageSize to 262144 to 2621440

3) Save & Start the QlikView Management Console service
