what are upmodes in qlikview script which is generated using extractor connector?

I have generated the script by using extractor connector and there I saw UPMODE F,UPMODE C,UPMODE F,UPMODE D.

From the Connector Manual:

UPMODE C – initial extraction followed by delta load

UPMODE D – delta extraction

To do a new initial extraction (UPMODE C)

UPMODE F is the Full extraction without the initialization of Delta Loads.
