Task status shows "Running" even it is completed successfully

Hi,

We have a qvw reload task, which is executed successfully but the task status is still showing 'running'. Please see the attachment.

Also,it is showing Abort button enable, but on clicking- it doesn't go to grey.

We recently upgraded server to 11.2 SR7. Is it a known issue?

Could anyone help me what is the problem.

Is there a qvb.exe process running when you look in Task Manager?

No qvb.exe is running for this particular process (ProcessId I got from task logs).

On the distribution server

folder : C:\Program Files\QlikView\Distribution Service

file QVDistributionService.exe.config

add the ApplicationDataFolder value :

<add key="ApplicationDataFolder" value="\\<YourPath>\QlikView Storage\ApplicationDataFolder" />

I would suggest to fill a Case with QlikView Support, so we can have a deeper look into it. There was a Bug long time ago but also sometimes a mismatch in the Config can produce this issue. To be sure we have to investigate this and provide a solution to you.

We have made a lot of fixes in this area. I would advise you to upgrade to the latest release and if the problem still appears I do recommend you to contact QlikView Support and we'll dig into your problem.
