NPrinting is a product from Vizubi not a Qlik product, so you will need to look on Vizubi's site for detailed information rather than here.

Vizubi has its own community to page. which has many articles and training videos as well as trial versions to download and test.

yes this is a third party tool, you need to install nprinting client in order to start developing your reports. it is very user friendly and you don't need to be an expert in it. you just link it to a dashboard and for example you can create excel reports that read from qlikview (by specifying the qlikview chart ID) etc...

Just to note that this isn't a third party product any longer - Qlik bought Vizubi last month so it's now part of the QlikView Product Family (Introducing QlikView NPrinting | Qlik) - hopefully your Qlik partner can help you with implementing it. If not, get in touch with another local partner who can!
