Problems with viewing online course.... HELP!!

Hi, i am trying to view the QlikView 9 for End-Users online course. At first everything works fine, i get a QLIKVIEW logo on screen and speech, but then as soon as the course starts the picture disappears and i only get speech. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have FLASHPLAYER installed (as the beginning of the course shows the QLIKVIEW logo and course name)

I am not sure what else it could be.

what kind of browser do you use?

thats what i originally thought, so i got our IT department to look at it but everything apparently is set up correctly.

Confused.

Forget that, it seems to be working now. It took a very long time to download the course into the buffer.
