Cannot stop Task after pressing Reload Now

Hi,

I have recently selected a document to "Reload Now", for some reason this is taking ages to run and it is still saying "1 Running"; I have tried to stop this but for some reason when you click on "Reload Now" it does not give you option to stop this? Has anyone got any ideas on how else this document can be stopped?

Thanks

Hi!

What version are you using?

In QV9 this can be done ín the "QlikView Management Console" Status Page (there is a stop button after the document that is reloading). You can either access the abor reload under "User Documents" page.

If the process get stuck, you can CTRL + ALT + DEL and kill the QVB process.

Best regards

Fernando

Thanks!

I'm using version 9 but I was in the Qlikview Enterprise Management Console, which did not give me the option to it on there but have logged onto the Qlikview Managment Console and killed the job this way.

I have similar issues with my task, but in ver 11. I even delete from  my apps from the directory, but on the page Status I see that my task is still running.

I tried to restart Services, but there is no effect.

Thanks all in advance,

If you are running version 11 and it show the task is still running and there are not QVB showing in the task manager, you need to contact support.
