Variable Editor Could not find Deployment Framwork work

When I open VariableEditor.qvw within the Framework, I am getting the following warning:

"WARNING!

Variable Editor Could not find Deployment Framework Core

The  application will not work"

How can I fix this?

Hi Fredrik, are you running QlikView as administrator? Else you will get this kind of errors.

No, I am not running QlikView as a local administrator (due to company policy). I have tried to work with QDF, not as a local admin, and as far as I can see, it's working (beside of the error message in VariableEditor.qvw).

If there any know issues except for the error message in VariableEditor.qvw?

Will probably work just fine, only thing is if VariableEditor cant create new containers and add the entry in the ContainerMap, then yon need to do this manually. Cheers
