Duplication of date and using in variables as calender object

Hi Everyone ,

                     Here i am trying to duplicate a date field from one table and tried to create two separate variables and using them in calender objects.

The issue here is the user should be able to pick the date from 2 different calender objects and see the difference in the sales in between the selected dates, but i am only able to select one date from calender object unable to select other and get the subtracted value . Any ideas ?

Thanks for ur work around.It was working but when i select anything in the chart ,it was not being selected because of alternate states being used in the expression .Any alternate approach on this or any other suggestion.

See if this helps.  No need to duplicate date field, use variables.
