Thumbnails are not showing for some of the applications (AccessPoint v9)

We have over 60 applications shown on the AccessPoint. About 45 have the thumbnails shown while the others have "Missing Image".

These applications are reloaded/distributed daily.

Is there a way to make sure a thumbnail is available?

first step would be to verify that the source documents have the option set to save thumbnails in qv desktop. maybe just saving them in a recent version will help.

Thanks. I did go back and selected "NONE" for the thumbnail, pressed "Apply", then selected "Opening Sheet", pressed "Apply"; saved the application. This process did work.

This can be caused by the documents being created in 8.5. You have to open the document in version 9 and then save it to get it to work. That is basicaly what you are doing above.
