Qlik Sense Desktop wont start on Win 7

Running Win 7 enterprise 64 bit on Macbook Air (through bootcamp).

Ive tried reinstalling Qliksense and have even reinstalled windows.

When you try to start Qlik Sense Desktop nothing happens. On checlng task manager the Qlik sense service shows up and then disappears.

The Logs do not show any error. When Qlik Sense is started, can you try to open http://localhost:4848/ in the Browser?

Webpage cannot be found.

I tried restarting Qlik and immediately refreshing the link as well.

I did not have SP installed. For some reason installing Qlik made the windows update service stop working. I googled how to restart it through cmd and then updated to SP1 and it worked.

Not sure if SP1 is part of the requirements. If not it should be added.
