Qlik Sense Server upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.1

Hi

We are planning to upgrade Qlik sense server from 1.0.2 to 1.1 version. I read documentation to upgrade and it looks straight forward. I have one question regarding point or tip mentioned in the article Consider backing up the Qlik Sense site before performing an upgrade.

How to backup QlikSense site ? Can you please let me know ?

I was reading about Qlik Sense Backup procedures and i came across two documents.One document says that we have to stop all services of Qlik Sense to take backup and other document say's all services except "QRD" should be stopped before backup.Could you please advise which one is the right procedure to follow.

Hi Sreedhar,

Document 1 applies to 1.1 (feature release) while document 2 applies to 1.0.3 (service release). You should use the one corresponding to the version you are upgrading to.

Qlik Sense Repository Database must be started/running in order for repository to be backed up. While the Qlik Sense Repository Service and the others should be stopped.

Documetation will be even more clear about this in the future.
