Governance Dashboard - Error

I'm trying to install the governance dashboard and have followed the available instructions however I keep getting an error coming up when pressing the scan button which I don't understand.

Error in hidden script. For details, open hidden script before reload.
For security reasons, failed hidden script code is not shown.

A few pointers about the Governance Dashboard (GovDB)

  1. GovDB should be installed on any machine where it will be reloaded
  2. Make sure the folder paths set in the Configuration page of GovDB are accessible by the same user account on the machine(s) where the GovDB is reloaded. (Consider using UNC paths.)
  3. Some users were having difficulty running GovDB on Windows Server 2012 and QlikView 11.20 SR8 as there is some interaction with the qlikviewgovernanceconnector.exe (used for the reload of GovDB).  Current fix for that was to upgrade to SR10.  You could check the fullscan.messages.log* if it mentions that error.

    Checked those items and still not working?

    Send the following information to qlik Support so we can troubleshoot it.

    1. Screen shot of the “configuration” screen of the Governance Dashboard
    2. Governance Dashboard.qvw.log
    3. fullscan.messages.log*
    4. fullscan.statistics.log*
    5. Description of how your environment is configured:
      1. Version of QlikView --QV 11.20 SR8
      2. Where is GovernanceDashboard.exe installed?
      3. Where is the reload occurring?
      4. User account that is reloading it - does it have read/write access to the profiles and file folders?

    * in [install directory]\governance_1.1\profiles\default\QVX_LastRun folder
