Максим, посмотрите лучше лог Qlik_Sense....log.
Проверьте версию .NET framework .
Для версии Qlik Sense 1.1.0 нужен .NET framework 4.5.1. (Для 1.0.2 хватало .Net framework 4.0)

Например:
One or more Qlik Sense services did not start after installation
Possible cause:
If the repository service is not running non of the other services can start and the repository service cannot start if there is no database.
The services are started automatically delayed. This means it can take a while for them all to start after the installation.
The services must be restarted or the installation needs to be modified.
Do the following:
- Stop the service and start it again.
- If the service is not started, repair the installation.
- If the service is still not starting, modify the installation and change the service credentials user information.
- If the actions above cannot remedy the problem you need to uninstall and reinstall Qlik Sense.
Check the log files in this location: %ProgramData%\Qlik\Sense\Log\<Service>
Общие рекомендации при установке:
отключить UAC (Control Panel > User Accounts > Change User Access Control settings > выбрать "Never Notify".)
запуск от имени администратора.
Логи можно найти здесь: %ProgramData%\Qlik\Sense\Log\
Если установка откатилась с ошибкой, то можно поискать лог здесь:
c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\
До установки убедитесь, что система соответствует требованиям:
Платформы:
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
Только для разработки и тестирования:
• Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1 (только 64-битная версия)
8 GB минимум оперативной памяти и 500 МB свободного места на жестком диске
