Doc Cal assignments

Is there a way to export from the QMC what User Cals and Doc Cals are assigned to which documents and users?

I Don't think so from QMC,

But if u implemented Governance dashboard in ur server,u can easily export to excel all the doc users with document name.

Another alternative is to use the API to the Management Service.

Hi,

Go to QMC - > System - >License-> Select License type -> Client Acess License(CAL)->Assigned Cal->

there you find no of Named Cals.

For Doc Cal you have to go to Document->select Document - > Document Cal

there you find no of Doc Cal for that Document.

Hello Scott,

If you want to visualize a dashboad with information on allocation/use of cals you can use Governance dashboard or Qlikview Server CAL Manager‌

But if you want to export this information to other treatment you should use a Qlikview Management Services API (QMS API).
