Task not executing even with time trigger

Hello,

I created a task that I gave a trigger to reload it every 5 minutes. I have been trying to acquire the log files for this task, and although it generates log through a manual reload it does not do so for the trigger. I went back to the qmc and noticed that the trigger never started. Could someone assist me what the problem could possible be.

Hi Donish - are you using Qlik Sense or QlikView? If Qlik Sense is this a licensed version of the Qlik Sense Server or are you using a trial?

if this is Qlikview Server , can you please try to restart the services, or it would even be great if your can restart server
