Nprinting - Error in sending more than 40 emails

Hi Experts

We are doing a POC on Nprinting trial license , we have developed reports now we are sending emails from exported excel sheet , sheet contains 400 emails which is defined in Nprinting task, but nprinting halts when we start the task. Then we shorten the list upto 40 emails in one sheet and decided to define multiple tasks each for 40 emails but it halts again after sending first task of 40 email.

Hi Zubair,

I assume you are using an Import Recipient task. What do the logs say? Go to File > Options > Log settings to determine the location of your log files.

Hi Zubair,

Is there a limitation in the email that the server can send for each session?

If so the task may be blocked by this limitation.
