problem in opening dashboard through accesspoint

Hello Friends,

I have a user who is not able to open the dashboard in access point using the IE Plugin. When he clicks on the dashboard link it opens up a browser with blank screen. The user was able to open dashboard in past but after cleaning up his machine he is not able to access it. We tried re-installing the IE Plugin, windows firewall is off and also updated the trusted sites list with the appropriate sites but no results.

What version is his IE? Because for the Plug-in to work you need IE7 or later. Google Chrome etc. doesn't work.

It is IE7. Previously he had IE 6 but I recommended him to install IE 7 to see if this resolves the issue.

why don't u try to open it with ajax or java?

it works on almost every browser

Hi,

We have enabled only the IE Plugin and this is standard being followed by us. Also since it was working properly before then why not now?
