Out of Session / CAL situation and logging

just a short question on logging of some information:

When a user gets the message "Access Denied..!! The server is currently out of SESSION and CALs. If the problem persists please contavt your administarator."  - is this written to a log file?

Normally I would assume this as entry in the event log with severity "warning" or even "error", but with verbosity "medium" I don't get any hints on an out-of-session/cal situations.

Are this "events" written to another logfile or does it depend on verbosity "high"?

Environment: QV 11.2 SR7, logging verbosity medium

verbosity should be high to capture all the details in LOG file. These details will be stored in EVENTS LOG.
