It is poosible to load split of QDS on particular Server in QDS cluster environment?
For ex:- 2 QDS cluster environment i.e 1 & 2, near about 100 application need to reload. 30 application need to reload on server 1 & 70 on Server 2. It is possible?
You can do this if you have two distribution license and setup two server (not cluster).

Aiming for a well performing/stable QV back end environment, i recommend to run a maximum of 15-20 concurrent tasks/ back end node . Also to have in mind: If you are reaching for failover and load balancing for your back end environment, a QDS cluster will be beneficial.
