why i can't just simply right qlick and expand all,but when i right click and collapse all they work?

so,i got problem with auto expand all and collapse all,when i want to expand all in "class" field you can see right side

in customer SI. when i use collapse all they work just fine. but,when i want to expand all,it didn't work. i must manually click the + button.

is there anyone got the same problem or having any solution?
