problem with table exported from access

Hey @ all,

i have a problem with a table witch is exportet from access.

1)  i started with this table in excel

2) i load this table in access

3) without to do something with the table i export the table back to excel

I can see no difference between the tables 1) and 3)

4) now i want to load the table in Qlik Sense

and i can see the last entry is wrong.

Why is there a problem with the sign '&'? Are there similar problems with other signs and

how can i avoid?

Does it work if you load directly from the initial xlsx?

it works very well if i load directly from the initial file.

Qlik on 'Data Load Editor' and there will be a tab showing you what the load script is.

That looks fine, can you post the two version of the xlsx?

the initial file is called test.xlsx and the exportet file is called Tabelle1.xlsx

There definitely something weird about that exported file as I get the same issue as you, but also in Qlikview as well as sense.

Also if you simply re save the access produced file in excel, it seems to work fine!

Can you export from Access to CSV (p.s. I have never used ACCESS)
