Can some body help me in making the chart in QV App like this –

  Without having any border and scale by setting property.

the selcted portion should chnge color.. is that possible?

i don't think so it's possible .

it's not possible to change the colour of selected part by moving slider,but as u know u can change the whole slider color.

The native slider object does not have that capability.

If you are deploying with full browser client, there might be a custom extension object that does what you are looking for. Qlik Market is a good place to search for extension objects.
