Reload from Console Management

Hi There

I am trying to reload from the management console.

I have section access on  the model.

ACCESS, NTNAME

ADMIN,DOMAINNAME\PETER

in the management console under the section access tab what to I enter for it to reload successfully?

It reloads fine from the model itself.

This is what I have tried.

Section Access is ticked.

Username: DOMAINNAME\PETER

Password:Blank

Section Access is ticked.

Username: PETER

Password:Blank

Section Access is ticked.

Username: DOMAINNAME\PETER

Password:Domain Password

Section Access is ticked.

Username: PETER

Password:Domain Password.

None of these have worked... any idea what Im doing wrong?

You should add the service account for publisher to the section access list (or server if you dont have publisher), eg:

     ADMIN, MYDOMAIN\SYSQVPUB

If you are using NT domain accounts (NTNAME), then there is no need to add anything to the reload task, as long as the server service account has ADMIN access in the section access list.

Try adding on  your secction access the user account that runs QlikView Server services on your Windows 2008 machine.

What is probably happening is that that user has no access to the document to reload it.
