IE Plugin not working correctly

Hi all,

We are having some serious disruptions in our QV Environment with the IE Plugin. For example, when I try to access two different dashboards on the same IE 9 browser tabs , one on a QV production server and the other a QV Test server, the plugin works on the production but does not even appear as an option on the test server dashboard. It only shows the AJAX version.

We are on QV11 SR1.

Can anyone explain what is happening or how to resolve it? This has never happened to us in 6 years of using QV.

Did you tried reinstall the plugin?

Yes, I reinstalled the plugin and ran the repair, but tab does not see the plugin.

There´s one configuration into Server that set which clients are available.

Are they equal into both servers?

Have you enabled the document to be viewed in IE Plugin?

(I bet you have, but no harm to dbl-check.)

Just discovered that all the dashboards on this test QV Server have the IE Plugin as available on the details link, but the one I needed didn't have the plugin available.  Any idea what would cause that. Our QV Admin is in another group so I don't have access to the server and they are not cooperative.:(
