Unable to disable the qlikview application through QMC

Hi Guys,

I am using QlikView management console for running the generators and publishing.

Now, for the few applications inspite they have executed successfully still i am observing running symbol(green color arrow head which shows application is running ) i.e. it is not showing as it was completed its execution. since it is daily scheduler they are not triggering because of this issue.

i have tried to stop it but it didnot work. Because of this i am manually running schedulers and publishing the applications.

So please advice me in this issue.

Are the processes still running (check using the windows task manager)?

yes i have restarted the distribution service. But it is still showing like that only.

your idea was worked for my problem, After restarting distributing service, application was stopped.
