Adding two rows in same table

Hi,

I'm very new to qlikview and have a small query.

I have a table called LOCATION which contains about 800 locations. The format of text in this table is A-B-C.

There are 2 locations in the same table 1) A-B-C 2) A-E-F

I want to count all locations which contain B and E in the middle of the text.

Can you please help me in resolving this. It would be of great help.

I got one step where I can get the sub location.

However I'm not able to reaqch the second step. I also want to add some sub-locations (e.g. all CMU, PLANT, Plant SU/Plant should display as one.....AO, RO, BO should display as one)
