Nprinting Cyclical Reports to various receipients, error with no result

Hi guys,

wondering if someone might have had this problem before.

I'm using n printing to distribute reports to the various service managers. It seems to be working fine except in the instances where I have no data for that particular service manager. In this case it is attaching the reports for all the service managers which obv don't want it to do !

Any help appreciated !

Hi Sarah,

Please check the "Verify filter" checkbox to enable that Filter parameter.
