Unable to filter data

Hi,

The issue is- there is say XYZ.qvw and 5 users have access to this report. 4 users can access it and they can use filter and view the reports. Only 1 user has problem while filtering data.

What could be the reason??

QV version- QV11.2 SR5, browser- chrome- Version 43.0.2357.81 m  Security type- NTFS

Is section access enabled? - If yes then check the difference in SA configuration between the users that work and the user that doesn't.

You use NTFS security, then check the effective file permissions on the QVW for the user having the problem.

user has problem with IE too. No section access is applied.

All settings are same for those 5 users.

Are the user details for the NTFS security correct for the user who is having the problem?

Can the user who has the problem logon and access the app on one of the machines where the app works?

i thought that it there is full restriction given by developer by using secession access in OMIT column for that listbox field...so that list box can't exist in datamodel....or

by using alternate state apply for that listbox.....

Colin Albert, we tested the app in 3 various system i.e. T420, T430 and T440. users are also using the same machine.

Hi

To do List:

1. Try his Login Details on some other System.

2. Delete the Temporary Files (Go to Run> Type %temp%> Enter> Select All> Delete All the Files).

3. Delete the Cookies, Temporary Files & Cache (Go to your Browser Settings).

If all these steps doesn't work than Remove his Access and Reassign him the Access.
