Pivot table issue on access point

I have pivot  table which behaves differently on access point when i distribute the application to different countries,

The expression column becomes into a row and this happens to one country and the other country shows up properly.

i did have the option allow pivoting option unchecked.

Any advise?

Could you please post a screen shot or similar to so we can get a better idea about the problem?
