Access Point Error

Hello all,

My company created a Qlikview Application for some particular clients. But there seems to be a problem with accessing the access point.

Some users can get to the access point and log in successfully whereas others can't get to the access point even though the webpage

link is the same.

The error message we get says "Webpage is not available". How do I resolve this problem so that all users can access the access point and log into the application sucessfully?

Thanks

Fifi

u have to check &confirm,

whether ur Access point link on ur intranet or internet?

if it's in intranet?,means tht's in ur company domain..so all the users are in same domain?

if all are in same domain? thr is any control on ur domains?

Fifi,

Maybe also the DNS/ URL change, can you try http://<serverIPaddress>/Qlikview, see if that works, if that works you might need you network or DNS team to figure out what worng with you URL, maybe it is not longer properly mapping to the server.
