Hi gysbert..

i have below requirement

Shows revenue as per the selected dimension in chart arranged in descending order, also on top of chart shows growth % and on hovering also shows growth  over last year (or over last quarter if quarter selected)

i have revenue, can also show Growth% but hovering not able to..

You can do this with a combo chart and have the growth measure as a marker. Set the range of the Y-axis to zero if you have negative growth.

The marker will be shown near the base of the chart, and when hovering you see the value of the expression.

I have to ideas for improvements with this in mind. Vote for them if you like them
