One thing is how users authenticate to get to Qlik Sense or how do you set up the Users Directory Connector, and another how to apply row level security.
Section access could help with both, but makes real sense for row level security, in which case, you will need to read your AD in order to get all attributes for one user (id and groups basically) and then load them into a Qlik Sense table in the data model.
Then you can associate the section access table to your data model either directly or using a "reduction" field, that will be the information each user will be able to see.
For many, these are examples you can use as guidance to build your own section access table:
ntname in the section of access
is it possible to show at POC level to restrict a user, that he can see the data related to him?
