animation default value

Hi all,

I have a scatter chart animation, my question is how should I make last the recent year-month as the default value when the document is opened? Please see image below.

I mean, i there some way (expressions, macros) to "end" the aninmation automatically when the document is opened or cleared?

hope my inquiry is clear, really appreciate if somebody can help. thanks in advance...
