Qlik Sense Hub Problem in Some Public Network

!Hi All,

I have installed latest version of qlik sense server in my windows server 2012 R2 system. I can able to access the hub in locally and some public network. But when i access the hub in some network it's showing below error.

"Connection lost. Make sure that Qlik Sense is running properly. If your session has timed out due to inactivity..."

I have attached image for error message.

When i check the windows event log. It's showing the login success message. But after login above mentioned error message is appearing in browser.

Kumar,

I seen the image and I am not referring the error in general, What I mean you must do a wireshark trace to see if there's any network variable that might cause any issues. Also have you checked the logs, I would look the Proxy logs and Engine logs.
