Documents in Accesspoint

Hello Folks,

Today I come across a query from the client side that , a Named cal licence user has access to many documents.

But today while he logged in to the accesspoint, he was missing some applications, but surprisingly the application was visible in the accesspoint after a while, also still few applications are missing, however till yesterday he could access the app.

Also I monitored that there was no activities has been performed in the qmc during this period.

So what can be the reason expected .

Has the user been allocated doc cals to multiple documents, or does the user have a named cal and a doc cal?

My colleague David Foster dfoster9‌ has developed a Licence Analyser app that will show these issues.

You can download the app here License_Analyser_K3FDS.qvw
