Hi,

Can any one explain/provide document to perform upgarde from Qlikview Server SR 4 to SR 12

There are no real SRn->SRm instructions as they boil down to:

1. Download the new Service Release
2. Start the installer, acknowledge the license agreement and press OK a couple of times
3. Confirm the termination and don't read the Windows log
4. Restart your computer

If you have a clustered set-up, the method is the same. Qlik did a good job in providing a painless in-site upgrade system.
