What book can I get to learn VB from scratch?

Hi,

I want to learn VB scripting. I have no knowledge or experience in VB. What book/textbook can I get that's simple enough to learn from?

I have SQL for dummies and have found the dummies series very easy to learn from. Note that the only scripting that I know is from using Qlikview for about 8 months now.

Any C# or C++ and SAS would also be useful. I do have some SAS experience.
