Are you able to create DSN in ODBC Data Source Administrator?

if u want to use ODBC connection instituted of OLEDB,then u have to create ODBC connection from control panel first.

u can check for the steps on community for the ssame.

If not, please create User DSN in ODBC Data Source Administrator, which can be accessed from QlikView.

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe

Have you installed the ODAC (Oracle Data Access Components) for your version of Oracle? this should be available to you from the Oracle Metalink website.

Once you have downloaded it you need to install it.

You should then have the option for Oracle Provider for OLE DB in QlikView.

Hope this helps,

hi,

First install the Oracle driver

>then go to edit script

>tools

> and add the system DSN

>here your new driver should be visible , if not please check the driver installation .

>Once the DSN is added , in the Edit script select the OLEDB connection then provide your credential and test  the connection
