When you install qv server there is a wanderful document showing all information about licences, users and so on, the name should be QVSMonitoe or something like this

Nikhil,

The source for analyzing the license related information for most of the tool is pgo.xml, settings.ini, LEF text file.

You may pull these files and create dashboard on your own and do the analysis or you can use the already freely available tools that do the job for you example Extracting PGO Data and Analysing License Allocation

QlikView Application: System Monitor v5.1.23  License_Analyser_K3FDS.qvw or governance dashboard.

Now choice is yours.

That is because David actually refers to the "root document folder" (mentioned immediately before the path you're talking about) which is probably different on every QlikView server platform. The path "Qlikview_Docs\AccessPoint" is an example.

To find out what your path value looks like, open QMC and navigate to System->Setup->QlikView Servers->Select yours->Folders->Document Folders and look in the Root Folder field.
