Hi, QV community
I have one issue that I need help to solve.
I have a sample of the dataset below.
Every Job Ref has two dates and I only want the first date.
Also I want the Job Ref that has Revenue larger than zero to show in the chart.
So if you look at the data below I want my chart in qlikview to show Job Ref SIS231161 and SIS231532.
And for the job ref I want the Min(Date). So for Job Ref SIS231161 I want the date 16.01.2014 and Job Ref SIS231532 I want the date 16.01.2014
Job Ref | Charge Code | Revenue | Date |
SIS231161 | FWD | 475,00 | 16.01.2014 |
SIS231161 | FWD | 475,00 | 20.01.2014 |
SIS231413 | - | 0,00 | 16.01.2014 |
SIS231413 | - | 0,00 | 20.01.2014 |
SIS231532 | FWD | 38,72 | 16.01.2014 |
SIS231532 | FWD | 38,72 | 23.01.2014 |
SIS231688 | - | 0,00 | 16.01.2014 |
SIS231688 | - | 0,00 | 25.01.2014 |
I changed the expression on right table. I changed it slightly. Check this app.
=Aggr(Min(Date),[Job Ref])
Hi, this could be different depending on what you want to show. I attach a solution with your example.
JV
Juan, what did you?
I can't see it
The table on lthe left. Shows min date with revenue > 0
Replace
= Min(Date) with below
=Aggr(Min(Date),[Job Ref])
I understand that the table on the left shows only Job Ref with revenue > 0.
But I can't see what you did to get that result.
What did you change?
I changed the expression on right table. I changed it slightly. Check this app.
Hi Darri,
You don't even tried my solution, which is also giving the same result.
Manish, you are already a MVP, leave something for the rest
