I have tried everything but can't get the legend (attached) to go across the bottom horizontally instead of being stack vertically like the attached. I tried resetting the user docking, turning off the legend then back on, trying to move and resize the legend using ctrl/shift.
Can somebody provide advice? I have other graphs with this same issue and don't want to redo all of them!
Thanks in advance,
Steve
You could put values inside the bars... ( on presentation, it is a check box) .
Arthur - I am talking about the legend (2012, 2013, 2014....)

Hi,
is it possible to provide sample?
Hi,
Try this.
Dear QlikViewers,
There is a way to show the legend horizantally with few work arounds. Pls. follow the steps to do:
1. Press shift+ctrl+alt buttons together and move the vertical legend at the bottom of the chart.
2. Release the mouse button
3. Now it will be in vertical still at the bottom of the chart.
4. Press the shift+ctrl+alt buttons together again and resize the buttom square to reduce the height of the box.
5. Now your legend should show horizantally at the bottom of the chart.
Please test it. Thanks.

MOHAN
did you try using CTRL+Shift in the graph to resize the legend size?
Hi,
You have to right click on chart, then click Ctrl+Shift and drag you legend. if it did not come properly you can reset it by going to General tab and click on reset user sizing and docking buttons and try again from start.
Hi,
Before moving the legend to the bottom click the following buttons
Chart Properties-> General -> Click on Reset User Sizing and Docking buttons.
Then click on the chart and hold Ctrl + Shift buttons together and drag it to the bottom until you see the Red border.
Hope this helps you.

Sample is below. No matter how I try to move the legend I can't get the dates to go to horizontally aligned. By default they usually do but I was experimenting with the legend and now can't get it back.
