Qlikview Publisher do not send alert email on reload failiure

I have  QV 11.20 SR6 Server with Publisher. I have set up the SMTP and used the builtin function to send a test-email to the correct email. Everything works fine. The problem is that when a reload fails, there is no email. I have checked the task log and there should be an entry about "sending Alert Email", but there is none. So it seems that the server is not even trying to send an email.

Have i missed something? Is there an "on" button somewhere? Im a bit lost

All the SMTP Settings are set and "send test e-mail" works fine. I also entered the email adress under "alert email" under distribution Service. Still no go
